Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

At Ghost Kicks, we voluntarily extend this statutory withdrawal period to 30 days from the date you receive your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement, for example by email, sent to:

Conditions for Returns

Returned items must be in their original condition, meaning they must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and protective materials included.

A valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required for all returns.

In accordance with § 312g (2) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products made according to customer specifications or clearly personalized items

Hygiene-related products (including footwear or insoles) once worn or used

Perishable goods

Return Shipping Costs

The customer bears the direct cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Ghost Kicks cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Return Process

Please contact support@ghostkicks.shop and include your order number along with your return request.

You will receive detailed instructions regarding the return procedure.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be informed about the status of your refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal request.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until proof of return shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product and place a new order.

In certain cases, we may offer exchanges depending on item availability and size. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Order Cancellations

Even if an order has already been processed or shipped, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains valid, in addition to our voluntarily extended 30-day return policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

In such cases, Ghost Kicks will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Sustainability

Whenever possible, returned items that remain in good condition are donated to charitable organizations.
